breakfast very good, shopping center direct in the building complex
the rooms are getting on in years, the one or other beauty repair is slowly becoming necessary
-
Location of the hotel, good to walk to the center. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff.
Would be good if there were tips for navigation on homepage of the hotel. It took time to find where the entrance to the underground car park was. Breakfast: Juice tasted unnaturally sweet. Selection was ok.

Good breakfast, good beds. It was clean.
-
The absolute silence in the house. The size of the room and the really good-humoured staff at breakfast. For such a great price it must be difficult to get anything even close to that good.
TV stations are poorly tuned and there are too few channels (e.g. Eurosport,..)
-
The breakfast was very good and with fresh ingredients and fresh rolls.
-
Breakfast was good. Staff always helpful and friendly.
Hotel's getting on in years. It needs to be renovated a few times for the price. For the business trip okay but next time I would choose another hotel.

This, our second visit, was as good as the first. Helpful staff, good food, pleasant well furnished room.
Unruly children who were noisy - running up and down corridors and playing in the lifts.

Hotel has clean comfortable rooms. Didn't notice much noise, probably because the hotel wasn't full. Free wi-fi is nice, but on some floors the signal is weaker.
At the check in front desk staff insisted that we take 3 rooms, although we had only 2 rooms booked for that day (probably was an error in their IT system). Told us that our holiday is fully prepaid, but charged us for the third room at the check out. After a month we recieved a refund (thanks to Booked.net!), but be careful at the check in. Otherwise the stay was very nice.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent restaurant and clean well furnished rooms. Free internet was welcome!

Walking distance from the train (about 5 min). Smaller town outside of Copenhagen with excellent bike routes and beautiful deer park close by that is a great site for a picnic. Also has a golf course at the park, but I don't golf, so not sure how good it was. Excellent location to travel into Copenhagen and surrounding areas. Nice to have breakfast buffet included with the room. I have a lot of food allergies and was able to always find fresh fruit and hard or soft-boiled eggs at the breakfast buffet. I requested an allergy-free room, but was told they were all the same...no feathers in pilllows or duvets. Nice to have laminated floors instead of carpeting in the rooms. Wish the U.S. would go to that.
Hotel site said it was air-conditioned, but the rooms were not. I was able to open the room door to the outside either at a tilted angle at the top or open all the way like a regular door. Strange to sleep that way coming from the U.S. where we typically keep everything locked up. Nice staff. Only two bikes for guests to use and one of them had a flat tire for a few days so they were a little difficult to get. If you want a bike rental should probably get one in Copenhagen.

nice hotel
slightly strange design of the layout as part of a shopping mall
-
Good breakfast, smart personel by reception, free parking in the basement, wi-fi internet inside of the rooms
-
Good location; situated directly above two floors of shopping centre and hotel's parking floor, but the hotel itself is very quiet. Pleasant views from the hotel room windows.
The balconies of the rooms are all connected like a corridor (might be good for a quick exit if there's a fire), so felt there was no privacy/security.

I have a good time in this hotel. It is really a good choice for travelling in Copenhagen.

Location was very good, staff was very friendly (except one female receptionist that changed the price of my booking without asking me first - arghhh), free parking garage, large shopping mall beneath the hotel,
No air-conditioning, bathroom facilities old/old-fashioned, poor assortment of restaurants in the area and with too short opening hours, no food service (except untasty cold sandwiches)
